Strategic exploration, understanding mission, vision, goals, objectives, business identity, work functions, and other activities. Input into budget and project schedule.

Tenant-Occupant-Owner project oversight and coordination agent. Act as the Tenant-Occupant-Owner representative throughout the project to oversee adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule. Oversee FF&E selection and deliveries, AV & technology, Architectural, design, engineering and construction reviews. Oversight of the entire project.
CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT
