OVERVIEW

Lockwood 2 Creations is a Commercial Interior Design and Project Management firm. We have been in business for 12 years and 10 of those have been in Northwest Arkansas. Both principal owners each have over 30 years of commercial design and project management experience. We have represented many Walmart Suppliers in the area with their offices, and have worked on projects used by the community, such as the Arkansas World Trade Center and CROSSMARK Collaboration Center. Our experience has been from projects ranging in size from 1,500,000 sf to 2,500 sf. We believe in representing our clients with the highest level of service & products at the lowest cost. L2C believes strongly in the team approach to project management. Whether it be a project team assembled by the owner or a team that L2C brings to the project, we practice collaboration, communication, and follow through at every stage of the process.

We utilize team members skills and resources fully and appropriately, by delegating tasks and responsibilities to individuals with the best experience and knowledge, avoiding duplication of effort and cost. By doing so, we feel we can provide the client’s project an improved quality level, a better schedule and sequence of time, and at a lower cost.

Lockwood 2 Creations understands the cost of organizational downtime. It not only is costly, but it takes you away from other more important business activities that require attention. It is our goal to reduce / eliminate your organization’s downtime throughout the entire project. We know you have customers and clients that demand a lot from your staff. We also know most of your staff are very busy with core work activities and do not have time to spend working on an office relocation project.

Lockwood 2 Creations core business activity is office relocation project management. We are well versed in the demands these projects have and the level of detail that is required. Our principles have years of experience performing office projects like the one that you are about to take on.

PROJECT PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT
  • Develop project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Design space using corporate standards
  • Assist the technology planning and integration (usually the longest lead time item)
  • Assist in furniture, finishes, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) needs and orders / deliveries
  • Monitor and manage the process to meet scheduled dates
  • Selection of Architectural Firms and Construction Companies, as needed.
  • Development of Construction Drawings with Architect.
CONSTRUCTION AND FF&E INSTALLATIONS
  • Manage project scope, budget, and schedule
  • Develop the punch list
  • Participate in weekly construction update meetings
  • Coordinate technology integration
  • Document change orders as required
  • Supervise FF&E installations
  • Obtain the “Certificate of Occupancy”
  • Develop the punch list.
MOVE-IN & RELOCATION ACTIVITIES
  • Develop the move-in sequence process
  • Communicate “pre-move” activities
  • Coordinate and supervise the move for “Zero” down time
  • Clean up and dispose of all materials from vacated office space
  • Finalize and complete the punch list items
PROJECT CLOSE-OUT

The L2C “Value Proposition” is to be the eyes and ears of corporate facilities and real estate at the project site. We pride ourselves in delivering more than is expected. We are able to streamline the typical process and make quicker decisions that help the project move through the design, construction, and move-in phases. We monitor your project every day. Most projects we are involved in are on a 120-day or faster time schedule.
