“CROSSMARK contacted L2C to help with the entire process of their new Collaboration Center in Bentonville, located across from Walmart’s Home Office.

L2C recommended and helped select the architect Hight-Jackson and the GC Baldwin Shell. As a team we then designed and constructed the building to fit CROSSMARK’s needs. L2C also supervised all the FF&E installations and completed the punch list. They even selected and installed all the art and accessories throughout the building, before our Grand Opening!

In addition to opening the Collaboration center, we utilized their project management expertise to help us build out and relocate 2 offices. Both projects were competed on time and within budget. The L2C team was an integral part of our team managing the day to day activities and solving problems quickly and in a cost effective manner.”

“L2C has worked with Unilever on several projects in Northwest Arkansas. The first is the Innovation Center at Bentonville Plaza. They worked with us in determining the best use of space for the Virtual Reality and Visualization Room, the expansion of the Modular Room with conferencing and the Ideation Room. They have also helped us remodel the Presentation Kitchen and break out lounge, as well as, the telepresence room for the Innovation Center.

L2C headed up by Lisa Lockwood, worked hand in hand with us and our Facility Dept. on the space planning, finishes, furniture and brand identity for our new office. They also headed up the Project Management for all of these projects. L2C has been our Design and Project Management Partner throughout all of our Unilever Projects!”

 THE DICKSON

We had a great experience working with Lisa Lockwood of L2C.  The Dickson was in need of a fresh update to help bring light and life to the building.  With new light fixtures, carpet, trim, paint colors and artwork, the main halls have given a renewed energy to a great property.  Lisa coordinated this effort within our occupied building with little disruption and excellent results.  She and the team she assembled were a pleasure to work with.
