Mondelez International

Mondelez is a project that originated from Kraft Foods. They split off as an independent company that focuses on Snack Foods. L2C was involved in the remodel from the split 4 years ago, and was asked to take on their new office! This project was a totally separate building and space that was developed for Mondelez. It was a Tenant Improvement Build Out Project. The open work space (with conference and meeting rooms), the separation of Category Management, two kitchens, a warehouse and a lot of technology were key components for this successful project.
